Each speaker in this session will spend 10 minutes each to emphasize how he/she faces many common challenges and although context, levels of funding and approaches may differ significantly between countries, there are a core set of challenges that all countries need to address if to overcome the workforce barriers to UHC and the SDGs and investment on HWF for continuing professional development and for development of recommendations.

He will share his experience when He managed the Faculty of Public Health at Naresuan University and initiated the Graduates Return Home project and the outcome of their retention.

Ms. Cynthia Lam: Capacity development for the young generation of the health workforce in digital competencies, research skills, and soft skills for future practices. Engaging youth in remote healthcare strategy.

Ms. Pornnapas Manum: Gen X: (the future health workforce) curriculum and extra-curriculum activities that encourage community health awareness and practices among medical students.
